Yo Soy Betty la Fea

Yo soy Betty la fea (English: I am Betty the Ugly one), often referred to simply as Betty la fea, is a Colombian telenovela created by Fernando Gaitán. The telenovela tells the story of Beatriz Pinzón Solano (Ana María Orozco), an intelligent but unattractive woman who works as an economist for a prominent fashion company in Bogotá, Colombia. Despite facing discrimination and ridicule from her co-workers, Betty is able to rise through the ranks of the company thanks to her intelligence and hard work. The telenovela also explores the themes of love, friendship, and acceptance.
